Our first acquisition beyond voice solutions, we acquired template management provider Esquire which integrates with our voice solutions to create and style templates simply.

Building on our core workflow engine, we launched BigHand Now- our task delegation solution. The solution enables tasks to be automatically routed to the right resource while gaining visibility of the work submitted and completed by support staff.

Through enhanced integrations and workflows, we launched BigHand One for Healthcare.

We partnered with several outsourcing agents with our task delegation software to launch a service provider integration.

Prior to the acquisition of DW Reporting and their Business Intelligence and Budgeting and Pricing solutions, BigHand offered clients solutions to improve their back-office operations, we can now provide clients with solutions to improve their front-office and more specifically, their profits.

Expanding on our existing template management solution, we acquired UK company Iphelion. Their latest solution, Pitching and Proposals is a Proposals Automation tool and we can now start to consider the value of making the whole proposals building process more seamless to include business development content, templates and pricing.

Growing our People Productivity Suite, we acquired Resource Management specialists Mason & Cook. The team had built a work allocation tool for lawyers, allowing law firms to identify resources, forecast utilization, manage workloads, support profitability and DEI goals and add structure to career development.

Against a tough backdrop of remote working and economic challenges, BigHand was dedicated to best supporting its clients, and announced record-breaking results for global client support and North America sales, cementing its position as the most trusted industry partner in productivity and profitability software for law firms.

Bolstering our analytics offering, we acquired Iridium Technology. The complementary product set means law firms will now have powerful insight and data into their financial management and operational management, alongside resource optimization and business development.

BigHand announces acquisition of Digitory Legal in latest move to be the leading analytics provider in legal. Digitory Legal’s data & cost analytics platform set to enhance both BigHand’s Resource Management and Matter Pricing products.
